Krupasagar Group (“we”, “us”) builds villas in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This policy explains what personal information we collect through krupasagar.co.in, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We handle your information in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. What we collect

  • What you give us. Your name and mobile number when you book a site visit; your email address and budget as well when you ask for a brochure; and the villa you are interested in.
  • When you call or WhatsApp us. Your number and whatever you choose to tell us.
  • Collected automatically. Like most websites: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the ad or site that brought you here, through cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).

2. How we use it

  • To call or message you about the villa you asked about, arrange your site visit and send you the brochure.
  • To keep a record of your enquiry in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • To tell you about our projects, which you can ask us to stop at any time.
  • To understand which of our ads and pages are useful, and improve them.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including under RERA.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Your consent to be contacted

By submitting a form on this website, you agree that Krupasagar Group and its sales team may contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about our projects, even if your number is registered on the National Customer Preference Register (DND). You can withdraw this consent at any time by telling us (see section 9), and we will stop.

4. Cookies and advertising

We use the Google Ads tag, which sets cookies to measure which of our ads lead to enquiries and to show our ads to people who have visited this website. Google's use of this information is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com, or block cookies in your browser's settings; the website works without them.

5. Who we share it with

  • Our sales team and the people in our group who handle your enquiry.
  • Service providers who run this website, our CRM and our calling and messaging for us, and who may use your information only to provide those services.
  • Google, for advertising measurement as described in section 4.
  • Government or regulatory authorities, when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to your enquiry and follow up on it, and for as long as the law requires us to. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. How we protect it

This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to help you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct or update it, or erase it; withdraw your consent; or nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. You can also raise a grievance with us about how we handle your information. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

This website is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
